Fariba Pack offers turnkey, integrated filling and packaging lines, including Project Management and Engineering support throughout the course of the entire project. An assessment of your room layout, process flow, user requirement specifications, and packaging components allows our team to provide packaging lines designed for optimal efficiency and versatility.
As part of our successful project strategy, a Senior Service Engineer is assigned to each project and provides support from kick-off to SAT, ensuring strong service experience for our customers from project initiation into production.
Liquid/Powder Filling Line
Complete filling line at 120 pcs/minute, composed of bottle unscrambler, mono-block filling and capping machine with piston-pumps, check-weigher, and labeler.
Test Tube Filling Line
Complete filling line at 360 pcs/minute, composed by test-tube unscrambler, filling and capping machine, labeler and test tube loading onto pre-formed tray.
Liquid/Semi-Solid Unit-Dose Line
In-line forming of plastic containers. Volumetric or peristaltic liquid filling for pharmaceutical dosages at 360 unit-dose/minute. In-line printing of lidding foil and serialization ready. Optional laminar flow hood. Specialized vision system for product inspection.
Single-Serve Unit-Dose Packaging Line
Forming and sealing using single plastic foil. Volumetric or peristaltic filling system with recirculation. Integrated front & back labeling module with coding and verification. Speeds up to 400 single containers/minute.
Syringe Packaging Automation Line
Automated solution for syringe handling including de-nester, re-nester, robotic tray loading/unloading, and large stainless-steel tray transportation, suitable for up to 400 syringes/minute.
Sachet Line
Complete line at 600 sachets/minute, composed by 10-lanes V/F/F/S machine, positive transfer system to downstream machine, pick & place unit for the sachet deposit on bucket chain, intermittent motion cartoner with serialization.
Blister/Deep-Draw Tray Packaging Line
Complete secondary packaging line at 100 cartons/minute, composed by intermittent motion cartoner, print/inspect for serialization, check-weigher, tray former and loader, bundler and case-packer with aggregation and print & apply labeler.
Multi-Components Packaging Line
Complete labeling and cartoning line at 80 cartons/minute, composed by bottle labeler, multi-components robotic feeder for flow-pack, bottle, sachet, and syringe. Including out-feed print/inspect module for serialization with reject station.
