Fully automatic side-load case packer C700 is suitable for packaging of cartons, bundles, sachets, bags and flow-packs inside corrugated shippers (RSC).

  • Side-load, intermittent motion case packer with speeds up to 12 cases per minute
  • Balcony-style frame provides superior accessibility for ease of operation, changeover, and maintenance
  • Products coming form upstream machine are stacked bottom up to the desired configuration
  • Cartons are stacked separately while the completed collation is inserted, allowing for higher speeds
  • Positive shipper opening system performed by dual suction cups
  • Full servo driven operation for maximum control, product tracking, and automatic speed adjustment
  • Shipper flap closure by adhesive tape or hot-melt glue
  • Available out-feed station with Print & Apply labeler and reject
  • Serialization ready
